This Thursday (April 22, ~00:00 UTC) several new Synths are being added to the protocol. During this time, which is expected to take up to several hours, there is no expected downtime for the Synthetix protocol or any of the dApps that are powered by Synthetix.
Here’s what is included in this release:
- SIP-107: Add sCRV Synth — This SIP proposes to introduce a Synth tracking the price of the CRV token.
- SIP-114: Add FAANG Synths — This SIP proposes to introduce sFB, sAMZN, sAAPL, sNFLX, and sGOOG synthetic assets that track the price of the shares of Facebook Inc, Amazon Inc, Apple Inc, Netflix Inc, and Alphabet Inc. respectively.
- SIP-126: Add sRUNE and s1INCH Synths — This SIP proposes to introduce Synths tracking the price of the RUNE and 1INCH tokens.
